Model in 3D the effect of stress on the advancement of alteration

Description of planned work :
Discrete Element Modeling (DEM) can model the evolution of fractures under deviatoric and isotropic stress. The Yade software developed by F. Donzé is a reference open-source DEM code. Recent addition of fluid-flow description in the formulation of the DEM allows to monitor permeability. These simulations will be adapted to derive laws relating permeability, flow, time and stress. Simulation will be produced with varying stress.
